Hot-Dipped Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is a durable and corrosion-resistant mesh product formed by welding steel wires into a grid pattern, then immersing the entire structure in molten zinc for full zinc coating. This hot-dip galvanization process provides superior rust protection, making the mesh ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications in harsh or humid environments. Commonly used in fencing, animal cages, building reinforcement, safety barriers, machine protection, and agricultural enclosures, it features a flat surface, strong welds, and long service life.

Surface Treatment and Coating

Hot Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is zinc-coated after or before welding:

-Galvanized After Welding (GAW): Provides stronger corrosion resistance at weld points.
-Galvanized Before Welding (GBW): Offers clean appearance and consistent finish.  
Typical zinc coating: 40g/m² – 120g/m²
